I left Ghana because of ‘dumsor’ – Slim Busterr
Ghanaian dancer cum musician, Slim Busterr has said that he left Ghana for the UK when the erratic power supply (dumsor) was at its peak in Ghana.
According to him, he could not bear the pressure the power outages came with.
“I was spending GH¢60 a day on electricity and it moved up to GH¢120 a day. Why? I thought of it, I didn’t understand and it went on for almost a year. So I was like no if I joke…,” he told Hitz FM’s Dr Poundz.
In the interview Slim who is still in the UK said he was hoping to come to Ghana soon but at the moment he’s enjoying his stay in the UK.
Slim Buster, one of Ghana’s best dancers, is also well-known for music hit songs such as ‘Masan Aba,’ ‘Masherita,’ ‘Baby’ and ‘Asem Bi.’
