Ghanaian gospel minister, Joyce Blessing has dispelled the notion that she has been ungrateful to her former manager Kwesi Ernest.
According to her, the interview she granted Delay on GH One television was done out of provocation by the host’s line of questioning and that she did not mean to be ungrateful.
“I was provoked by Delay’s questions. It appeared she had gathered information about my past and wanted to use to create confusion between me and my manager,” she noted.
The ‘Agye Bum’ singer told Dave Hammer in an interview on Hello FM that she has never been ungrateful to anyone who has helped her in life and that she has a very good relationship with her former manager, Kwasi Ernest.
“I don’t have any problem with him. I even performed at his gospel concert. The relationship I have with Kwesi goes beyond music. His wife and kids used to come to our house to spend days, we also did same to them,” Joyce added.
She reiterated that it was Kwesi Ernest who decided not to work with her again and not the obverse.
Joyce who says her interview with Delay was unfairly edited to disgrace her is currently promoting her ‘Agye Bu’ album. She is signed on to Zylofon Music.
