Patoranking is the first African artist to perform at Reggae Sumfest

Nigerian artist Patoranking is the first African artist to ever perform at the Reggae Sumfest in Jamaica.

The event was held over the weekend and Patoranking thrilled the patrons who were present at the Montego Bay in Jamaica.

A promoter of the event talked about the appearance and said, “it is a momentous occasion and Downsound Entertainment wants to share this with not just Patoranking fans, but all of Africa. Patoranking’s song, ‘My woman, My everything’, topped dancehall charts on the Island and to show a diversity of culture, the Nigerian star has beed added to Reggae Sumfest’s international night.”

Patoranking also got a shout from Busta Rhymes.

Reggae Sumfest has been described by many as the largest music festival in Jamaica and the most authentic Reggae and Dancehall festival in the world.
